Police halt Hovannisian’s march towards presidential residence

Raffi Hovannisian and his supporters held a march towards the presidential residence. The police told the marchers they have no right to move along some sections of streets because of the state events being held there. The participants of the march were also told that they are disturbing public order. Raffi Hovannisian demanded that police should not block their way.
