Raffi Hovannisian distributes Constitution’s text to supporters

The leader of Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian, who was the runner-up in the February 18 presidential election in Armenia, was distributing this morning the text of the Constitution to his supporters who gathered in Liberty Square of Yerevan. As is known, R. Hovannisian intends to hold an alternative inauguration in Liberty Square. He does not accept the election results.

The event entitled “Inauguration of New Armenia” is scheduled for 12:00 pm - the time of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s inauguration.
