Artsvik Minasian condemns incident with Armen Martirosian

Yesterday the Armenian police used disproportionate force in some cases, the member of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun Party Artsvik Minasian said during the parliament’s session.

He condemned yesterday’s incident, during which the former MP, deputy chairman of Heritage Party Armen Martirosian was beaten up. In A. Minasian’s opinion, the police used disproportionate force in this case, too.

“The authorities and law enforcers should assess the situation correctly so that we could achieve results in systemic changes,” Minasian stated.
