ARFD proposes post-election bloc with HAK

The head of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary faction Armen Rustamian made a speech at the constituent congress of Armenian National Congress Party (HAK) today. He said the cooperation between ARFD and HAK will allow solving the numerous problems facing Armenia.

“We must save our country, bring it out of this situation. We must halt the emigration and improve the socioeconomic situation,” Rustamian stated.

He said that the two parties –ARFD and HAK may cooperate by forming a post-election bloc after the May 5 elections to Yerevan Council of Elders.
