Zurabian: We set ourselves goal of ridding Yerevan of this regime

“We don’t start our activities from scratch. We are a political force which – while keeping its dignity – strives to accumulate knowledge and adopt ideas of the youth,” the coordinator of Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party, HAK faction deputy Levon Zurabian said, addressing the participants of the HAK Party’s constituent congress at Demirchian Complex in Yerevan.

Speaking about the present situation, Zurabian said that Serzh Sargsyan tried to rig the election, but the people found an alternative.

“The April 9 inauguration of Serzh Sargsyan was not a success because it was not attended by Armenia’s important political forces such as HAK, Prosperous Armenia Party, and ARFD,” Levon Zurabian declared.

He said they set themselves the goal of ridding Yerevan of the regime.

“Previously the regime was not as disgusting and hateful as it is today. We should consider the goal of ridding Yerevan of this regime a realistic one. ARFD and Prosperous Armenia Party also have the same goal, which was stated earlier by these parties’ members participating in the congress,” Zurabian said.
