Stepan Demirchian intends to cooperate with HAK Party

“As a result of the authorities’ actions, the country is in a difficult situation, we have such problems as emigration, poverty, unemployment, and corruption,” the leader of People’s Party of Armenia Stepan Demirchian said in his speech at the constituent congress of Armenian National Congress Party (HAK).

In his words, the situation will remain the same until the authorities are changed and systemic changes are made in Armenia.
“The opposition forces must unite and establish the rule of law. The people demand this,” Demirchian stated.

He expressed willingness to cooperate with HAK in order to “establish constitutional order in the country”.
