Jagland glad about adoption of bill not passed yet

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland said at the meeting with journalists today that he is glad about the creation of an interim parliamentary commission to look into the March 1, 2008 events in Yerevan. In his words, he was glad to hear that the commission was set up.

We would remind you that the bill on the creation of such a commission is under discussion in the parliament, but it has not been adopted yet.
