Bagratian calls 7% economic growth in Armenia a “bluff”
“A man, during whose 5-year term the economy remained the same instead of growing twofold, has been reappointed as prime minister,” the former Armenian Prime Minister, parliamentary deputy Hrant Bagratian wrote on his Facebook page.
Let us remind you that yesterday President Serzh Sargsyan proposed that Tigran Sargsyan should be confirmed in his post as prime minister. The spokesman for Republican Party of Armenia Edward Sharmazanov told reporters that Tigran Sargsyan managed to fulfill the president’s task and ensure a 7% economic growth.
“As regards 7.2% economic growth, it is a bluff. I am ready to meet with Tigran Sargsyan and prove it. It appears that no changes are expected. The economic growth will be “painted”. In 2008, at least some people were replaced in the government. Don’t they have other people?” Bagratian said.
