R. Tovmasian: Tigran Sargsyan is good expert

The situation in our country is bad because of the system, not because of the prime minister, the leader of the Communist Party of Armenia Ruben Tovmasian said at the meeting with reporters today, when discussing the reappointment of Prime Minister Tigran Sargysan.

“It is the president’s prerogative. If he believes that Tigran Sargsyan should be the prime minister, it means the president is pleased with him”, Ruben Tovmasian said.

He expressed an opinion that Tigran Sargsyan is a good expert. “At least, he is more visible than the others,” the Communist Party’s leader noted.
