NKR foreign minister congratulated Nalbandian on re-appointment

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan congratulated Edward Nalbandian on his re-appointment as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

In his congratulatory message, the Foreign Minister of Artsakh, in particular, expressed confidence that thanks to Edward Nalbandian’s efforts, the bilateral cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of the RA and NKR would be further expanded for achieving the All-Armenian goals, the press service of the NKR Foreign Ministry reported.
