Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Cracow

A meeting of foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will be held soon. “I should say that has been no progress in the Karabakh conflict settlement. But we are not at a deadlock. The negotiating process is underway. A new meeting of the foreign ministers will be held soon. In all likelihood, it will take place in Cracow in May. A meeting at the highest level is not ruled out,” Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow.

In his words, the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan have met three times recently.

“So the process is underway. It is another matter that there has been no progress as one of the sides takes a non-constructive position and rejects all the proposals made by the Minsk Group Co-chairs,” Edward Nalbandian said.
