Hello Yerevan bloc: Tigran Urikhanian misleads voters

Hello Yerevan bloc states that the seats of Heritage Party in the precinct election commissions are filled only by members and supporters of the party, Aysor.am was informed by Hello Yerevan bloc of parties.

We would remind you that at the press conference today the spokesman for Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Tigran Urikhanian put a question to Hello Yerevan bloc of parties. Particularly, he wondered why Hello Yerevan bloc’s seats in precinct election commissions are filled by members of the Republican Party of Armenia.

“Besides, the bloc believes that T. Urikhanian’s statement is an action indicated in Article 151 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. The dissemination of libelous information about a bloc of parties during elections in order to mislead voters is punished with imprisonment for up to 5 years.

Within the next few hours, the information about the crime will be submitted to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Special Investigation Service,” the statement of Hello Yerevan bloc of parties reads.
