՛Seats of Hello Yerevan in commissons are filled by HHK members՛
“Ahead of the elections to Yerevan Council of Elders, I would like to remind the voters that these elections are political and voters will see the names of political parties on the ballot papers,” spokesman for Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Tigran Urikhanian stated at a press conference today.
He commented on the rally that BHK staged yesterday in Liberty Square of Yerevan and the discussions sparked by the rally.
“When tens of thousands of people gather, it is quite easy to find children and people from other settlements among them. As regards the vehicles that transported them, I should say that Armenian citizens have to right to use the means of transport that they prefer. They are not obliged to walk to a rally,” Urikhanian said.
Speaking about the political forces which criticize BHK, Tigran Urikhanian mentioned Hello Yerevan bloc of parties.
“Some parties beat their breast, demanding quality elections. I want to put a question to them, and naturally, to Hello Yerevan bloc of parties because it is related to their accusation: Why do members of Republican Party of Armenia fill Hello Yerevan’s seats in precinct election commission? And if anyone is ready to refute what I said, I invite them to a debate,” Urikhanian said.
