Government approves bills on amendments to codes

The Armenian government approved today the bills on amendments and additions to Armenia’s Judicial Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and Civil Procedure Code. The bills are aimed at raising the reasonableness of judicial acts, improve the bases of acceptance of cassational appeals, etc.

The bills will be submitted duly to the National Assembly.
