Sitting of HAK Board held

A sitting of the Board of the Armenian National Congress (HAK) Party was held today. The sitting was chaired by HAK chairman Levon Ter-Petrosian, the press service of HAK reported.

The deputy chairman of HAK Levon Zurabian spoke about the contestation of the results of the May 5 elections to Yerevan Council of Elders in court.

The board member, National Assembly deputy Gagik Jangirian presented the latest developments concerning the creation of a parliamentary interim commission on investigation of the March 1, 2008 events.

The sitting participants discussed the internal political situation in Armenia and work to be done.
