Armenia does not conduct secret negotiations with Turkey

Armenia is not conducting any negotiations with Turkey, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharian said in the parliament today.

“No negotiations are being conducted. Turkey is interested in spreading such rumors so as to slow down the process of the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide,” S. Kocharian noted.

In his words, Turkey secretly sends its diplomats to various countries with the aim of involving Azerbaijanis who live abroad in their spy rings and taking measures ahead of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
