PM: There is no opposition force on which people could place hopes

Armenia is not the only country, from which people are emigrating, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said in the parliament today, when responding to the HAK faction head Levon Zurabian’s question about the reason of emigration from Armenia that achieved 7% economic growth.

“Can you indicate a country in a transition stage, from which people don’t emigrate?” the prime minister said, addressing Zurabian.

According to him, the question is what steps are being taken to halt the emigration. “You share the responsibility. Citizens don’t see an alternative. There is no serious opposition force, on which could place their hopes,” Tigran Sargsyan
