Martirosian: Struggle for resource management began

“The management system in Armenia is completely distorted,” Deputy Chairman of the opposition Heritage Party Armen Martirosian said at a meeting with journalists today.

He cited the example of violations and misuses revealed by the Control Chamber of Armenia. “It means that the management system is outdated, the country’s resources have decreased and a struggle for management of those resources has begun among those in power,” Martirosian noted.

In his words, the fuss kicked up about the violations disclosed by the Control Chamber has elements of a show. Armen Martirosian expressed an opinion that a struggle is underway between some branches of power.
