Aghvan Vardanian: There are disagreements among authorities

“There are disagreements among the authorities and the main reason is super-monopolization of the political system, “the deputy of ARF-Dashnaktsutyun parliamentary faction Aghvan Vardanian told reporters today.

“Everyone expects the president to make a decision on this or that person,” the deputy said. Aghvan Vardanian hopes that the president will issue an address to the Armenian people at the beginning of the autumn.

He added that there are problems and difficulties within ARFD as well, but he expressed hope that the problems will be resolved soon.
