Prime minister displeased with work of mid-level staff of ministries

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said at the government session today that the inactivity of mid-level employees of various ministries, in particular, delayed answers to citizens’ questions are the reason why people occasionally hold rallies outside the government.

In the prime minister’s words, those employees are either incompetent or they do it on purpose. He considered such a work style inadmissible.

“People apply to me. It is not right, dear colleagues. Questions addressed to the government should be sent to the relevant ministries,” the prime minister said.
