Arelia Grigoriu herself refused to leave Yerevan with Moldovan delegation
Moldovan ombudswoman Aurelia Grigoriu, notorious for her recent speech in the National Assembly of Armenia, herself refused to leave Yerevan along with Moldova’s delegation after the all-European conference “The European Standards of the Rule of Law and the Scope of Discretion of Powers in the Member States of the Council of Europe”, according to the staff of Ani Plaza Hotel where Grigoriu was staying.
At 12:06 pm today Aurelia Grigoriu checked out of the hotel. Accompanied by Romanian Ambassador to Armenia Krina Rodika Prunariu and an employee of the Georgian embassy in Armenia, she - in a good mood - left in an unknown direction. Her departure was recorded by security cameras of the hotel.
Let us remind you that in her speech made in the Armenian parliament on July 4 during the conference entitled “The European Standards of the Rule of Law and the Scope of Discretion of Powers in the Member States of the Council of Europe”, Aurelia Grigoriu called Armenia an “aggressor country” in her pro-Azerbaijani report “The Observance of Human Rights in Frozen Conflict Zones”.
