Public transport fares to increase 50%

Chairman of the Association of Consumers Armen Poghosian said at the meeting with reporters today that according to his information, public transport fares will increase 50%. In his words, this price hike will have disastrous consequences.

He called the recent increase in the gas and electricity prices disproportionate and illogical.

“It is first of all construction that will die as a result of the increased tariffs of natural gas and electricity. An increase in prices of foodstuffs and services is inevitable,” Armen Poghosian said.
