We would remind you that on July 13 a KamAZ truck ploughed into a bus in a Moscow suburb. As a result, the bus split in half. 18 people were killed and more than 60 injured in the accident. The truck’s driver Hrachia Harutyunian, 46, was considered to blame for the accident. He was hospitalized in moderately grave condition. The Moscow government declared a mourning day on Monday.
