Papian: Tension can be observed in Armenian-Russian relations

Tension can be observed in Armenian-Russian relations, and the reason is Moscow’s behavior not typical for an ally, the head of Modus Vivendi Center Ara Papian told reporters today.

In his words, the Russian side believes that each step of Armenia towards Europe contradicts its interests. He noted that Armenia should not decline to initial the Association Agreement.

In the opinion of Papian, the Karabakh conflict settlement process is entering a new stage.
