No one has a right to treat an Armenian citizen with disrespect, the Vice Speaker of the Armenian parliament Edward Sharmazanov told journalists today, when speaking about KamAZ truck driver Hrachia Harutyunian who is charged in the new Moscow car accident that left 18 people killed.

“The guilty person should be punished, but irrespective of circumstances, no one has a right to treat an Armenian citizen with disrespect,” Sharmazanov said. At the same time he called on those present not to politicize the issue and dramatize the situation.
