NKR president receives Armenian defense minister

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian received today Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian.

A number of issues related to army building and cooperation of the two Armenian states in this sphere were discussed at the meeting in which Defense Minister of Artsakh Movses Hakobian also participated, according to the press service of the NKR President.

Then an enlarged meeting with the participation of a delegation of Armenia’s Defense Ministry took place. Special attention was paid to issues of municipal construction and food and material procurement.

Bako Sahakian stressed the necessity of giving new quality to work being done and the development of long-term programs. In his words, such an approach will become a serious stimulus to economic development of the republic and efficient use of its potential.
