Ban on ‘Oscar Mini’ ice cream lifted

Elite Shant Company has carried out the instructions of Armenia’s State Food Safety Service (SFSS). Director of Elite Shant submitted a report of the tests done on July 18, 2013, to Republican Center of Veterinary Sanitary and Plant Sanitary Services of the RA Agriculture Ministry. Based on the test results, the company’s products are considered safe.

By a July 19 decision of the SFSS head, the ban on Oscar Mini ice cream and Éclair and Zephyr confections has been lifted, according to the press service of SFSS.

We would remind you that the ban on the abovementioned products was imposed as a result of recent checks at Elite Shant OJSC. The company director was instructed to eliminate the violations revealed.
