Prime Minister meets with scholars of Luys Foundation
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today scholars and graduates of Luys Foundation, the press service of the government said.
“The state assists you with your studies at top ten universities of the world so that your knowledge and skills will be efficiently used for Armenia’s development,” Tigran Sargsyan stated.
He spoke about the current changes in the world, and touched upon the tendencies and prospects of Armenia’ development in this connection. In the prime minister’s words, knowledge is currently the most important resource as it enables to gain a competitive advantage and successfully develop in the fast-changing world.
The meeting participants discussed a number of issues related to development prospects of the country, economic challenges, reforms in education and science, proportionate regional development, changes in thinking, etc.
The prime minister welcomed the work done by students under Let’s Develop Armenia initiative of Luys Foundation and urged them to continue their activities.
