20-year-old injured in car accident in Syunik province

Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations received a phone call at 9:28 pm yesterday that a car accident occurred in Artsvanik village of Syunik province. A rescue team of the ministry was sent to the scene, according to the press service of MES.

It turned out that a VAZ-2106 car skidded off the carriageway and hit the road embankment in still unclear circumstances. The driver, 20-year-old V.A., received injuries and was taken to the Kapan city hospital. Doctors say he is in a condition of medium gravity.
