Manucharian: An attempt of breakthrough made in Armenia in July

An attempt of breakthrough was made in Armenia in July of this year: after the public transport fares were increased, the youth staged protests on their own and they have won, the member of Karabakh Committee Ashot Manucharian said at a meeting with reporters today.

“The region has experienced upheavals in the past year and more serious challenges await us. Unfortunately, Armenia is under foreign influence today, while this victory of youths may provide an opportunity to create a truly independent Armenia,” Manucharian noted.

‘If the state official today wants to say no to foreign signals, then he should know that the people support him,” Ashot Manucharian said.
