Azerbaijan violates ceasefire 200 times in past week

On September 1-7, Azerbaijan has violated the ceasefire regime on the line of contact of the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan about 200 times, with over 1,000 shots being fired at Armenian frontline positions, the press service of the NKR Defense Army reported.

The adversary’s activity was suppressed as a result of actions taken by frontline units of the NKR Defense Army. Armenian servicemen continued performing confidently their combat duty along the line of contact.
