Grigor Margarian: I don’t want to discuss president’s rights and obligation

Joining the Customs Union will create quite good conditions for Armenia. Deputy of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) faction Grigor Margarian expressed that opinion during a talk with reporters in the parliament today.

In order to hear a more well-grounded opinion about entry into the Customs Union, the deputy urged those present to wait for the issue’s discussion in the National Assembly.

“If the elected president of the country says anything, it means he has the right to do so. I don’t want to discuss the rights of obligations of president, they are stipulated in the Constitution,” Grigor Margarian said in conclusion.
