Heghine Bisharian refuses to comment on speaker’s statement

“I don’t’ make comments about Hovik Abrahamian’s statements,” the head of Orinats Yerkir parliamentary faction Ms. Heghine Bisharian told reporters today, when asked to comment on the parliamentary speaker’s statement to the effect that prior to his Moscow visit, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan had discussed with the coalition parties the issue of joining the Customs Union.

Asked when that meeting took place, H. Bisharian didn’t answer. She at the same time declared that a sitting of Orinats Yerkir Party’s (OEK) political board was held on Thursday, following which OEK issued a statement concerning its approaches towards entry into the Customs Union.
