4 people, including 3 Armenian citizens, drown in Georgia this year
Four people, including three Armenian citizens, have drowned in Georgia this summer. In the last three days alone, there have been two drowning cases, in which two young men died.
According to the press service of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations, the leading causes of drowning are unsupervised swimming, lack of swimming skills, swimming while intoxicated or after dark, and disregard for safety regulations and storm warnings.
