S. Aleksanian: Historic and cultural value … I saved it from rat’s hole

“There is nothing wrong in that people defend me against you because you wrote so many bad things about me,” the deputy of HHK parliamentary faction Samvel Aleksanian said during a briefing with reporters in the National Assembly today, when answering the question about the women who defended him near the Closed Market in downtown Yerevan a few days ago.

‘Everyone defends me – men and women, old and young, students – everyone. Well, your conscience will wake up one day and you will write the truth about me,” Aleksanian said, stressing that as regards the Closed Market, he cleaned a rat’s hole rather than destroyed a historic and cultural value.

“A historic and cultural value… I saved it from a rat’s hole,” Samvel Aleksanian said.
