Rustamian: ARFD will not enter coalition with authorities

ARD-Dashnaktsutyun Party will not enter a coalition with the authorities, the head of ARFD faction Armen Rustamian declared during a briefing in the parliament today.

In his words, the appointment of Vahan Hovhannisian as ambassador will not restrict ARFD’s actions.

“If an unacceptable situation arises, neither the ARFD nor Vahan Hovhannisian will tolerate it,” Rustamian said.

He noted that one should not compare the current processes with the situation that existed on September 3. “Armenia is about to enter new processes and a clear-cut, thought-out action plan is necessary so as not to make a historic mistake. Because of incorrect decisions, we may lose what we have now. Our critical goal is to leave Armenia’s territory of 42,000 km to future generations,” Armen Rustamian said.
