E. Nalbandian receives deputy prime minister of Moldova
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met in Yerevan with Moldova’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ms. Natalia Gherman, according to the press service of Armenian Foreign Ministry.
The interlocutors discussed the implementation of the agreements reached during Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s visit to Moldova on June 11-12 and the joint steps taken by Yerevan and Kishinev in that direction.
The extension of the legal and contractual basis between the two countries, development of cooperation in international organizations, organization of consultation between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Moldova, promotion of trade and economic ties, encouragement of the cultural exchange, as well as issues related to cooperation in the international and regional formats were also discussed at the meeting.
Edward Nalbandian and Natalia Gherman appreciated the positive dynamics recently observed in Armenian-Moldovan relations, noting that it allows giving a fresh impetus to bilateral cooperation.
