Hrant Bagratian: Armenia should join neither Customs Union nor EU

Armenia should join neither the Customs Union nor the European Union, former Prime Minister of Armenia, deputy of the Armenian parliament Hrant Bagratian said during a press conference today.

He noted that the processes related to the Association Agreement and the Customs Union should be resolved through national referenda.

In Hrant Bagratian’s words, he was amazed by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s remark about the European path - at a time when the country’s security is in the hands of Russia.
