Man dies after being struck by car on highway

The police received an alarm call at 9:30 pm yesterday, on September 18 that the body of a man was found on Yerevan-Sevan Highway.

It turned out that the man died on the spot after being struck by a car around 9 pm on the same day. The driver is unknown.

A criminal case was opened under Article 242 part 2 and Article 244 of Armenian Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
