CEC approves Vahram Hovhannisian’s withdrawal application

The Central Election Commission of Armenia held a special sitting today, during which it approved the withdrawal application of candidate Vahram Hovhannisian running for parliament in the September 29 by-election under the majority election system in electoral district # 38 in Syunik province.

No other applications for withdrawal have been filed so far, the CEC press service said.
