NKR president congratulates South Ossetia on Republic Day

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian sent a congratulatory telegram to President of South Ossetia Leonid Tibilov.

The press service of the NKR president said that on behalf of the authorities and people of the NKR, Bako Sahakian congratulated the people of South Ossetia on Republic Day.

“During these years of severe trials, the Republic of South Ossetia demonstrated its firm determination to live in freedom, proving that it can overcome all difficulties in the path of building a dynamically developing independent state.

I am convinced that in the future too, ties between our countries and peoples will be based on friendship and close cooperation,” the telegram particularly reads.
