NKR president presents medal to Baroness Cox

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakian signed today a decree on awarding a medal to the member of the British House of Lords Baroness Caroline Cox.

By the decree of the NKR president, Baroness Cox was awarded the Mesrop Mashtots Medal for her services to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the press service of the NKR President reported.
