Train driver transported to Yerevan. He is in critical condition

24-year-old Arthur Tamazian, the driver of the train that ran out of control in Armavir today, is in critical condition. He was transported from Armavir to Erebuni medical center in Yerevan, with multiple injuries, Aysor.am was informed by Armavir medical center. The man is now in the intensive care unit of Erebuni Center.

This morning employees of South Caucasus Railways Company in Armavir noticed that the brakes of a train failed and it started to move downhill towards Arteni station. The train driver Arthur Tamazian jumped off the moving train and tried to stop it.
