Journalist Genofia Martirosian dies

Journalist Genofia Martirosian died today after a battle with a serious illness, Yerkir.am said. She was transported to Germany for medical treatment, and her friends and colleagues raised funds for her treatment.

G. Martirosian worked for newspapers such as Komsomolets, the Republic of Armenia, and Aravot. She was deputy editor-in-chief of the Republic of Armenia newspaper, and worked as editor of Afisha magazine and Interlocutor of Armenia weekly.
