R. Hakobian: Party can be set up if it has followers and supporters

A political party can be set up if it has its followers and supporters as well as an ideology which will allow that party to find its place in the political field, the deputy of Heritage parliamentary faction Ruben Hakobian told reporters at the founding congress of Armenian All-National Movement (HHSh) today.

Asked about the possibility of his joining HHSh after being a member of the ARFD and Heritage parties, Ruben Hakobian said he has been engaged in politics for over 20 years and never betrayed his principles.
