Lovers’ Park to host Open-air Reading Festival

An annual Open-Air Reading Festival opened in the Lovers’ Park of Yerevan. The event is being held on the initiative of Armenian Youth Foundation and Flashmob Division  NGO, with the assistance of Armenian Culture Ministry, the Armenian Youth Foundation said.

The purpose of the Open-air Reading Festival held on November 1-3 is to unify young people, promote the reading culture and a love of books.

The young organizers put bookcases in the Lovers’ Park today, familiarizing visitors with books on display. An open-air book exhibition will open tomorrow, on November 2, at 2:00 pm. A concert of young singers and children’s performances are scheduled for the evening.
