Co-chairs not to visit Artsakh

“The Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will not visit Stepanakert this time,” the head of the Central Information Department of the NKR President’s Office David Babayan told Aysor.am.

Asked the reason, David Babayan said: “Much depends on the issues to be discussed. This time the main objective of the Co-chairs is to organize a meeting at the presidential level. The last time the Co-chairs paid a visit only to Stepanakert. So there is no problem”.
