Ministry spokesman: Opening of criminal case not ruled out

“The servicemen who were involved in the incident in the Kanaz military hospital don’t face criminal prosecution now. This circumstance is conditioned by the fact that they were undergoing treatment and checks in the psychiatric unit of the hospital. Everything depends on the medical report,” the Armenian defense minister’s spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisian told Aysor.am.

Hovhannisian at the same time didn’t rule out that a criminal case will be opened against the servicemen later.
