Woman who jumped from window of Armenia MC was mentally ill

A patient jumped today from the window of a ward of the Armenia Medical Center in Yerevan. “She suffered from a mental illness,” Deputy Director of the Armenia MC Sergei Poghosian told the correspondent of Aysor.am.

The patient was a woman in her 60s.

The police said they received an alarm call at 07:40 am. Forensic examinations will be conducted. An investigation is underway.
