David Babayan: It is time to give renewed impetus to negotiations

“The negotiations are continuing based on the Madrid Principles, which are the main principles of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Yet I believe that the Co-Chairs also take the view that it is time to give renewed impetus to the negotiating process and submit new proposals,” the spokesman for President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic David Babayan told Aysor.am when commenting on the recent statement of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and the negotiating process.

Underlining the importance of the Co-chairs’ efforts to arrange a summit of the two presidents, David Babayan said that there is much work to be done because Azerbaijan’s position has not changed and Baku continues its destructive policy.
